Sudoku verarbeitet keine personenbezogenen Daten. Es gibt keine Registrierung, keine Anmeldung und keine Kennung, die Sie oder Ihr Gerät wiedererkennbar machen würde.
Die App speichert ausschließlich lokal auf Ihrem Gerät, damit sie beim nächsten Start weiß, wo Sie stehen:
Technisch geschieht das im lokalen Speicher des Geräts
(localStorage der App-Ansicht). Diese Daten verlassen das Gerät
nicht. Sie werden an niemanden übermittelt, auch nicht an uns. Wenn Sie die
App löschen, sind sie weg; zurücksetzen lässt sich das auch über die
App-Optionen.
Die App ruft keine Server auf. Sie enthält keine Analyse-, Absturz- oder Werbebibliothek und keinen Dienst eines Dritten, der bei der Benutzung Daten erheben könnte. Sie funktioniert vollständig ohne Netz.
Die Android-Fassung deklariert die Berechtigung
android.permission.INTERNET. Sie wird von der technischen Grundlage
der App benötigt (die Oberfläche wird in einer WebView unter der lokalen
Adresse https://localhost geladen). Über diese Berechtigung
werden keine Daten gesendet oder empfangen.
Die App verlangt keinen Zugriff auf Kontakte, Standort, Kamera, Mikrofon, Fotos, Kalender oder Dateien.
Sudoku richtet sich an Personen ab 13 Jahren und ist nicht auf Kinder ausgerichtet. Da die App überhaupt keine Daten erhebt, werden auch keine Daten von Kindern erhoben.
Die DSGVO gibt Ihnen Rechte auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch (Art. 15–21 DSGVO). Wir können diese Rechte praktisch nicht ausüben, weil uns keine Daten über Sie vorliegen: Wir speichern nichts und empfangen nichts. Die Daten auf Ihrem Gerät haben allein Sie in der Hand – Sie löschen sie in der App oder mit der App. Fragen beantworten wir gern unter der Adresse in Abschnitt 1.
Ihnen steht außerdem das Recht auf Beschwerde bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu (Art. 77 DSGVO). Zuständig ist für uns das Bayerische Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
Der Bezug der App läuft über Google Play beziehungsweise den App Store. Beim Herunterladen, Bezahlen und Aktualisieren verarbeiten Google und Apple Daten in eigener Verantwortung; darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss und davon erhalten wir keine Kenntnis. Es gelten die Datenschutzerklärungen dieser Anbieter.
Sollte die App künftig Werbung, Käufe oder Online-Bestenlisten erhalten, wird diese Erklärung vorher ergänzt, und die App wird Sie um Ihre Einwilligung bitten, wo das erforderlich ist.

Deleting the app deletes it; you can also reset it from the app's options.

The Android build declares the android.permission.INTERNET
permission. It is required by the app's technical foundation (the interface is
loaded in a WebView from the local address https://localhost).
No data is sent or received through it.
The app requests no access to contacts, location, camera, microphone, photos, calendar or files.
Sudoku is intended for people aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. Since no data is collected at all, no data from children is collected either.
The GDPR grants you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). We cannot act on them in practice because we hold no data about you: we store nothing and receive nothing. The data on your device is entirely in your hands – delete it in the app or with the app. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR); ours is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
The app is distributed through Google Play and the App Store. When you download, pay for or update it, Google and Apple process data under their own responsibility; we have no influence over this and receive no information about it. Their respective privacy policies apply.
Should the app gain advertising, purchases or online leaderboards in future, this policy will be updated beforehand, and the app will ask for your consent where required.

Sudoku no trata ningún dato personal. No hay registro, no hay inicio de sesión y no existe identificador alguno que permita reconocerte a ti o a tu dispositivo.
La aplicación guarda únicamente lo siguiente, en tu dispositivo:
Técnicamente se usa el almacenamiento local del dispositivo
(localStorage de la vista de la aplicación). Esos datos no salen
del dispositivo y no se transmiten a nadie, tampoco a nosotros. Si borras la
aplicación, desaparecen; también puedes restablecerlos desde las opciones de la
aplicación.
La aplicación no llama a ningún servidor. No contiene bibliotecas de analítica, de informes de fallos ni de publicidad, ni ningún servicio de terceros que pudiera recoger datos mientras juegas. Funciona por completo sin red.
La versión de Android declara el permiso

Los datos de tu dispositivo están solo en tus manos: los borras dentro de la aplicación o borrando la aplicación.
